The Executive Director for the Upper Broadway–Fillmore Neighborhood Transformation Project (UBFNTP) is a strategic leadership and oversight position. Responsibilities include guiding the project to meet its goals, alignment with community needs, and development of programmatic infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of urban development, neighborhood planning, and community development; demonstrate a strong commitment to cooperative community and economic development; and be committed to radical neighborhood transformation.
This position reports to the Project’s Administrative Core, which comprises leaders from the collaborative partnership of community organizations: The Buffalo Center for Health Equity, the University at Buffalo’s Center for Urban Studies, Back to Basics Outreach Ministries, the King Urban Life Center, Broadway-Fillmore Neighborhood Housing Services, and Urban Equity.
The salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits.
