8:00-9:15 Organizing coffee, tea, bagels, and muffins at Rapson
9:15 - 5:30 Community workshop and tours departing from Rapson
6:00 - 7:30 Anne Whiston Spirn, Environmental Justice and Community Design and Development: the West Philadelphia Landscape Project, CDES Auditorium, Rapson Hall (Lecture is free but requires registration)
7:30-9:00 Reception at the Gehry-designed Weisman Art Gallery overlooking the Mississippi River
Saturday
8:00-5:00 Registration, Design Center Gallery, Rapson Hall (College of Design)
8:00-9:00 Organizing coffee, tea, bagels, and muffins at Rapson
9:00 - 6:00 Participatory workshops, tool-sharing session, and lectures at Rapson
9:00-10:30 Session 1
10:45-12:15 Session 2
12:30-1:45 Lunch including discussion/organizing groups
2:00-3:30 Session 3
3:45-5:15 Session 4
5:30-6:15 Walking groups leave for Open Book.
6:00 - 8:30 Reception at the Open Book, a nonprofit arts center, a 20 minute walk across the Mississippi from the main conference area, closer to the dorms

Sunday
9:00 - 12:00 Planners Network organizing brunch, Club Room, Riverbend Commons (one of the conference dorms, centrally located between other accommodation and the main conference venue at Rapson Hall).

As the schedule is set, details about specific events will be placed on-line.
